Proposal byHOPE already has the mission, financial products, community relationships and impact. Missing The Pieces Studios proposes an outside creative engine that turns those existing strengths into a recognizable brand platform, a sellable educational product and a repeatable live experience designed to drive deposits, lending opportunities, sponsorship support, new accounts and long-term relationships.
A master brand platform connecting HOPE to homes, businesses, financial futures, sports and communities.
Part TwoA sellable educational product HOPE can deploy through schools, churches, campuses, youth programs and community organizations.
Part ThreeA repeatable activation platform built to entertain, educate, attract sponsors and generate measurable customer opportunities.
FIND HOPE is a master campaign that connects HOPE's financial products to the real goals people are already pursuing. Instead of beginning with a loan, account or banking term, the story begins with the person: the family looking for a home, the worker who needs reliable transportation, the entrepreneur ready to grow, the student preparing for a future, or the community trying to build something stronger. HOPE becomes the financial partner people learn to look for when they are ready to make the next move.
Every extension of FIND HOPE can live as a commercial, social series, outdoor campaign, branch message, church presentation, campus activation, event story or real-member profile. The campaign gives HOPE one recognizable brand idea that can stretch across lending, deposits, education, sports and community development without becoming a collection of unrelated ads.
Lead with the home they want, the car they need, the business they are building or the future they are preparing for—not with a product sheet.
Connect that goal to a HOPE resource, account, loan, education pathway or conversation that can help them make the next move.
Every story ends with a direct action: find a HOPE Credit Union near you, learn more, open an account, or begin a lending conversation.
A homeownership and mortgage story built around the moment someone decides they are ready for keys of their own. Show real families, first-time buyers and people preparing financially for ownership. HOPE becomes the place they can turn for education, mortgage conversations and a path toward the next address.
Deposits do not have to feel like a technical banking story. Missing The Pieces Studios can make the system emotional and understandable by showing what capital can help make possible: a home, a business, transportation or investment in a community.
Campaign role: FIND HOPE gives HOPE a human story for the places people need financial help—homeownership, auto financing, business growth, savings, credit, sports and community opportunity. PUT HOPE TO WORK tells the other side of the system: why bringing deposits into HOPE can help create more lending capacity and more opportunity.
Deposit → HOPE → Loans → Homes, businesses, mobility and stronger communities.
The HOPE Playbook extends HOPE beyond a single event or classroom visit. It gives HOPE a structured curriculum that can live inside schools, colleges, churches, after-school programs, sports programs and community organizations while creating a potential earned-revenue stream.
A structured student program connecting identity, money, credit, NIL, leadership, career planning, communication, ownership and life preparation.
A focused framework for athletes and alumni covering financial awareness, relationships, personal brand, NIL and commercial opportunity, purpose, career, business and long-term planning.
HOPE employees or trained facilitators can lead the weekly lessons during school, after school, through a church, or through a community partner. HBCUs remain an important existing channel, but the program is intentionally designed for broader reach.
School, church, nonprofit, youth or sports organization funds the cohort.
Every participant has a tangible workbook and weekly structure.
HOPE employees or trained facilitators lead weekly lessons during or after school and through community partners.
The program creates ongoing touchpoints with students, families, schools and organizations.
The HOPE Playbook Live is designed to become HOPE's repeatable activation system for tournaments, games, Classics, tailgates, homecomings, campus events, church gatherings, community festivals and other high-traffic moments. HBCUs remain an important existing channel—but the experience is built for everybody who walks through it.
Make fast choices around income, bills, emergencies, goals, saving and tradeoffs.
Watch a simulated score move as everyday decisions create or reduce financial options.
Step into an athlete's shoes, draw a brand and make the partnership pitch under pressure.
Experience how deposits can help HOPE support lending and opportunity in communities.
Choose a real goal while HOPE identifies potential deposit, lending and service opportunities.
Finish the sentence “My next play is…” and turn the crowd's goals into a visible community story.
A fan, parent or student gets 30 seconds to think like an athlete and show a business why the partnership should happen.
Pitch a dealership on why you could help create attention, content and community connection.
HOPE can use The HOPE Playbook Live as more than an event activation in Atlanta. It can become a market-entry and customer-acquisition tool—meeting people where they already gather, introducing HOPE through useful experiences, and converting that engagement into new accounts, deposits, lending conversations and long-term relationships.
As 2027 calendars and partnership opportunities are announced, the Morehouse–Spelman Homecoming ecosystem should be a priority target. It brings together students, young adults, alumni, families, entrepreneurs, professionals and visitors in one of Atlanta's signature cultural moments. HOPE can use The HOPE Playbook Live, The NIL Draft, What's Your Next Play?, Put HOPE to Work and Atlanta-based supporting sponsors to create a highly visible introduction to the market.
Campus, alumni and community opportunities across Morehouse, Spelman and Clark Atlanta—while continuing to reach students beyond HBCUs as the platform grows.
Use major football and basketball moments, rivalry weekends, tailgates and Classic-style events as high-energy customer-acquisition environments.
Evaluate Atlanta business, investing and entrepreneurship gatherings where HOPE can meet depositors, founders, employers and potential borrowers.
Bring Playbook programming and live activations into trusted institutions that already convene families, business owners, youth and community leaders.
Build from HOPE's Atlanta institutional relationships and create financial-empowerment experiences for employees, families and surrounding communities.
Take a modular version of The HOPE Playbook Live to community festivals, college fairs, youth events, business expos and other high-traffic Atlanta moments.
Dallas can be the flagship demonstration of the full model across a four-day tournament: games, sponsor judges, content, prizes, Playbook completion, customer intent and measurable conversion. The HBCU relationship remains a major existing channel while demonstrating a platform HOPE can carry far beyond HBCUs.
Illustrative planning scenario only; not a performance guarantee.
The same system can scale for a high-traffic Classic, rivalry game, tournament, campus event, church gathering or community festival. HOPE can carry the full experience or select the strongest plays for the audience and footprint.
Illustrative planning scenario only; actual results depend on event attendance, footprint, staffing, promotion and conversion.
Play partners, category partners, Guest Judges, challenge sponsors, content sponsors, prize partners and community underwriters can help shoulder production costs while receiving meaningful participation and content value.
The proposed relationship gives HOPE three connected growth platforms: a brand campaign that makes impact visible, a sellable educational product that can create earned revenue, and a live activation system designed to attract sponsors and produce measurable customer opportunities.
