The Real Issue

Your athletes are elite at the game.
But the game will end before they do.

College athletes sacrifice everything for the sport. Four years — sometimes five — of identity, time, and sacrifice poured into performance. Your coaches, trainers, and support staff invest deeply. But there is a question almost no one is asking them consistently:

"Who are you when the game is over?"

Sports is an extraordinary vehicle. A platform. A door that opens the world. But the athlete who only knows how to be an athlete is fragile — to injury, to a roster cut, to the moment the eligibility runs out. Outside The Lines College Edition gives your athletes the tools to build a life as big as their talent.

```
```
The Problem with One-Time Speakers

Universities pay motivational speakers $50,000 to $100,000 to come in once. The room is electric. Athletes are fired up. And then the bell rings, the speaker leaves, and the energy dissolves before practice the next morning. You paid six figures for a feeling that lasted 48 hours.

Outside The Lines is not a speech. It's a 12-week commitment — someone showing up week after week, building real relationships, keeping the fire lit, and walking athletes through the work until it becomes who they are. That's not a motivational event. That's a transformation.

```
The Program
What is Outside The Lines College / Pro Edition?
```

Outside The Lines College / Pro Edition is a 12-week leadership and accountability coaching program for college / pro athletes. It places a consistent accountability coach directly in the facility — someone who shows up weekly, builds real trust with athletes, and helps them expand their identity beyond the sport they play.

This is not a lecture. Not a chapel service. Not a one-time motivational event. This is someone who gives the message and walks athletes through the work, week after week, session after session — until purpose, accountability, and identity beyond the sport become part of how they think and how they lead.

Purpose Discovery

Helping athletes identify who they are and what they're called to do — separate from, and bigger than, the sport they play.

Accountability Coaching

Weekly sessions that channel the same discipline athletes show in practice into their decisions, leadership, and personal development.

Identity & Confidence

Building a self-image that doesn't collapse when a season ends, a contract runs out, or an injury forces a new chapter.

Leadership Development

Teaching athletes to lead themselves first — in mindset, in choices, and in how they carry themselves as an example to everyone watching.

Life Beyond Sport

Real conversations about entrepreneurship, business, brand-building, and how to use the discipline that sports built to create lasting opportunity.

Decision-Making

Teaching athletes how the choices they make off the field — right now — shape the opportunities, reputation, and legacy they're building.

```
Why It Works
Why an accountability coach changes things.
Your coaching staff, trainers, and player development team already invest in these athletes. This isn't a replacement — it's an addition. An outside voice. Someone who isn't evaluating their performance or deciding their playing time. Someone who simply shows up, week after week, asking the questions that matter beyond the scoreboard.
```

Questions For Athletes

  • Am I more than what I can do on the field?
  • What happens when the sport is done — who am I then?
  • How do I turn my work ethic into something that lasts?
  • Is there a lane for someone like me in business, leadership, life?
  • Does anyone believe in me as a person, not just a player?

What the Coach Provides

  • Consistent, weekly presence — not a one-time visit
  • A perspective from someone who built their own lane outside of sport
  • Accountability that mirrors the discipline athletes already know
  • A bridge between athletic identity and full human potential
  • Living proof that your gifts are bigger than your sport

Representation matters. Exposure matters. Belief matters. Athletes reach for a bigger life when they can see someone who built one — not perfectly, but because he purpose.

```
Program Structure
12 weeks. 3 groups. Rolling waves.
The program runs in 12-week cycles. Each wave takes a group of up to 10 athletes through the full curriculum — then a new group rolls in for their 12 weeks. Up to 3 groups per day means up to 30 athletes per day, available 4 days a week.
Daily Session Model
Each day offers two session windows — morning or afternoon. Three groups per window, each group getting their dedicated hour with the coach.
3 back-to-back groups, each with up to 10 athletes
Days Per Week
Program runs 4 days a week, flexible around practice and game schedules
Mon Tue Wed Thu
How the rolling wave works: Wave 1 completes their 12 weeks. Wave 2 begins. Each cohort builds on the last — creating a culture where athletes who've been through the program pass the mindset forward to those just starting.
```
Program Alignment

Same mission. Context-specific delivery.

The core work is identical — purpose, accountability, identity, and life beyond sport. The conversations are shaped around where each athlete is in their journey.

```
College Athletes
  • Exploring identity before the sport ends
  • Building habits during the most formative years
  • NIL, brand, and entrepreneurship conversations
  • Draft prep — who are you beyond your highlight tape?
  • Academic accountability and life direction
  • Learning to use the platform while they have it
Professional Athletes
  • Planning for life after sport — before it's over
  • Building financial, personal, and legacy mindset
  • Brand, business, and entrepreneurship development
  • Leadership and community impact conversations
  • Identity stability through pressure and public scrutiny
  • Maximizing the platform while the stage is largest
```
What Your Program Receives

Your athletes get all of this.

  • 12 weeks of weekly accountability coaching sessions per group
  • Purpose-discovery programming building identity beyond the sport
  • A consistent coach who shows up — not a guest speaker, not a seminar
  • Real-world conversations about careers, entrepreneurship, business, and legacy
  • Rolling wave model — new cohorts begin as previous ones complete
  • An additional trusted voice outside the coaching staff hierarchy
  • Structured engagement that reinforces discipline, character, and decision-making
  • Workbook curriculum athletes keep and use beyond the program
  • Flexible scheduling built around practice, games, and team obligations
What I Bring to the Table

Beyond the sessions.
I'm available when it matters most.

The work doesn't stop when the session ends. Athletes face real-life challenges between practices, between seasons, and outside the lines — and most organizations need someone available to handle it. That's the gap this fills.

```
Always Available
  • 24/7 availability to your athletes for all off-field needs
  • Personal issues, life transitions, relocation support — I take the call so you don't have to
  • A consistent sounding board outside the coaching staff hierarchy
  • Support for athletes feeling lost in transition — whether mid-season or mid-career
Weekly Coaching Coverage
  • Structure, identity, financial discipline, and personal development
  • Mindset, responsibility, and decision-making — the things overlooked until they become problems
  • Life clarity and purpose work that extends beyond the season
  • Prevention over reaction — I'm there before the headlines, not after
Your organization shouldn't have to play defense off the field. You've got enough people focused on Xs and Os. I focus on what happens Outside The Lines.
```
Why This Matters for Your Organization

This protects your brand
as much as it develops your players.

Every organization talks about developing the whole athlete. This is what that actually looks like — not a checkbox, not a one-time seminar, but a genuine infrastructure of support that benefits your players, your staff, and your brand simultaneously.

```
  • Brand ProtectionGiving players personal support that isn't performance-based protects your organization from off-field distractions before they become public problems.
  • Staff ReliefLifting the burden from your coaches, PR team, and player development staff — they focus on performance, this program covers the rest.
  • Authentic CareYou show athletes, their families, and the public that your organization cares about who they are as people — not just what they produce on the field.
  • Set the StandardLead your conference, your league, in establishing a new benchmark for what it means to care for athletes holistically. That reputation attracts talent.
  • Keep Athletes on the FieldAthletes with purpose, focus, and off-field support have a reason to stay disciplined. Purpose keeps players out of trouble — and on the roster.
```
The Bigger Mission

Sports is the talent.
This program finds the purpose.

Every athlete in your program has been given something — a gift, a work ethic, a competitive fire. The mission is helping them see those gifts were never meant to stay on the field. Sports is the vehicle. This program teaches them how to drive it toward something that lasts.

The best programs don't just produce wins. They produce people. Athletes who leave your program knowing who they are — with or without the sport — represent your institution for the rest of their lives.

One voice. Showing up every week. Asking the question nobody else is asking — and refusing to let the answer be "I don't know." That's what changes a life.

"I'm being who I've always been since High School. The one asking the question — what are you going to do off the field?"

Donald Gibson didn't follow a straight line to purpose — and that's exactly what makes him credible in a room full of athletes who wonder if their straight line even exists.

Once an aspiring sports agent, Donald worked alongside agents and saw firsthand that the industry was focused on the athlete's performance — not the person. What happened to the athlete off the field, after the contract, after the career? That gap became the foundation of Outside The Lines.

As the founder of Missing The Pieces — a personal development and coaching brand he launched in 2017 — Donald has spent nearly a decade helping people discover what they were built for beyond the obvious role they've been handed. His background spans sports, certified life and relationship coaching, TV writing, and entrepreneurship. All of it pointing toward one through-line: helping people find their purpose in life.

He isn't coming to lecture athletes about working hard. Their sport already demands it. He's asking the harder question: How do you use sports to win at life outside the lines?

He's not a motivational speaker who shows up once and disappears. He's an accountability coach who shows up — every week, in the work, until the work becomes the identity.
