We take Outside The Lines
to Georgia Tech
as a GSIC program.
You have the relationship with Georgia Tech. You have the nonprofit infrastructure. You have GENEXSIS on their campus in November. Outside The Lines is the curriculum that turns your Athlete Development pillar into something Georgia Tech's athletic department can point to and say — our athletes are being prepared for what comes next.
In this partnership, GSIC owns the program in the room. GSIC signs the contract. GSIC collects the investment. I am your contracted practitioner — the person you deploy on campus.
Georgia Tech pays GSIC. The $100K per semester check goes directly to GSIC. Outside The Lines is presented as a GSIC program — part of your athlete development portfolio.
GSIC places the practitioner on campus. I am the accountability coach GSIC deploys. I deliver every session. I am GSIC's person on the ground.
The model scales with GSIC. As GSIC brings Outside The Lines to additional schools, we contract more accountability coaches to deliver the workbook. Every new school is a new revenue stream for GSIC — with no additional work required from the original partnership.
Georgia Tech is just the beginning. We prove the model here. Then GSIC takes Outside The Lines statewide before going multi-state — using this blueprint as the template for every school that follows.
The program your
athletes need
beyond the game.
Outside The Lines — College Edition is a GSIC athlete development program delivered on campus three days a week for 12 weeks. It gives Georgia Tech's athletic department a structured, consistent framework for identity, NIL readiness, and purpose — for every athlete, every semester.

in athletic performance.
Who's investing in the athlete?
"Who are you when the game is over?"
College athletes pour four to five years of identity, time, and sacrifice into the sport. Coaches, trainers, and performance staff invest deeply in what happens on the field. But there is a lack of structured, consistent programs asking the harder question — and then walking athletes through the work, week after week, to help them answer it.
Universities pay motivational speakers $50,000–$100,000 for a single session. The room is electric. Athletes are fired up. And then the speaker leaves, and by the next morning the energy is gone.
Outside The Lines is not a speech. It's a 12-week GSIC program. An accountability coach shows up three days a week, builds real trust with athletes, and walks them through the work until identity, NIL awareness, and purpose become part of how they think. That's not a motivational event. That's a transformation.
Three days a week.
Up to Six sessions a day.
Each session holds up to 20 athletes. Each athlete attends once per week across their 12-week semester — meaning GSIC's program reaches a new group of 120 athletes every day, 360 per week, without any athlete sitting through repeat content.

per week
Sessions are 50 minutes. Sport groups are scheduled by Georgia Tech's athletic department. Each athlete completes the program once over their assigned semester.
12 weeks.
Six pillars. One transformation.
Outside The Lines College Edition is built on one belief: sports is the vehicle, not the purpose. Every GSIC session is designed to expand an athlete's identity — so they show up stronger on the field and ready for everything that comes after it.
Identity First
Athletes discover who they are outside the sport before they build anything around it. The foundation everything else stands on.
NIL Strategy
Structured NIL education — how to identify your value, align with the right brands, and approach deals with a strategy.
Brand & Story
Every athlete leaves with a narrative, a brand voice, and a foundation for their public identity on and off the platform.
Accountability
The same discipline athletes bring to practice — channeled into decisions, leadership, and personal development off the field.
Financial Mindset
Decision frameworks for wealth building, discipline, and avoiding the traps that derail athletes when money comes early.
Purpose Beyond Sport
Athletes identify their mission beyond the game — the foundation that every career decision and brand move gets built on.
One investment.
Two semesters. The whole roster.
Georgia Tech makes one flat investment per semester to GSIC. No per-athlete fees, no session limits, no tiered pricing. The program touches the entire athletic department across both semesters of the academic year.
A proven partner
already in your ecosystem.
GSIC isn't a new vendor walking through the door. The Georgia Sports Innovation Coalition has an established relationship with Georgia Tech — including hosting GENEXSIS 2026 at the GTRI Conference Center this November. Outside The Lines is delivered through that trust.
